Healthy and nutritious food surpluses sometimes end up in the garbage despite still being edible.
In order to address this issue, La Tablée des Chefs set up an innovative food recovery program, whose mission is feeding people in need. La Tablée des Chefs works to socially mobilize chefs, cooks, and pastry chefs from hotels, restaurants, and institutions to distribute food to people in need, while still respecting the importance of food security.
