La Tablée des Chefs – Brigades Culinaires

The Brigades Culinaires is an educational program based on basic cooking techniques and principles of healthy eating, offered in 125 high schools in Québec.

Through 24 theoretical and practical culinary workshops, including preparation activities and organization of challenges, young participants between the ages of 12 and 17 will develop their culinary skills and food knowledge, leading them toward their own food autonomy.
